Jason Mcgiveron · 27 November 2017A couple year ago I was searching for a supplier that could supply a range of heavy flurocarbon leader for targeting swordfish, I found Predator tackle. I purchased some 400lb fluro, at the price I was sure it was going to be cheap and nasty stuff but under Kevins advice that it "looks the goods" I gave it a run, Kevin did ask if I could provide some unbiased feedback on the product after I had put it to work, we have run the 400 now for a season and have converted all of our swordfish rigs to use it, I have then started running the lighter fluro on our trolling lures and wind-ons now, it just works! our strike rate has definitely increased on the swords, we have never had a leader related failure of tackle, its reasonably supple for fluro, has a slight blueish ting in the right light, doesn't memory as much as a lot of others have done , and check the price out!

Hey mate, just thought I'd let you know I've used your Predator Tackle fluro carbon leader and it has accounted for over a dozen billfish this season , blacks blues and stripes and found it super tough and very supple which I found was great for presenting live baits on without cork screwing or inhibiting their swimming action. It's blue sheen in the water makes it near invisible compared to most others I have used , a huge advantage. Coupled with your bullet proof hooks and quality crimps these have been my go to rig this season. Highly recommended , thanks heap Kev.. Will definately be re-stocking for next season..
